We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery Service

All orders are sent using Royal Mail.

Delivery Times

Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days.

• Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).

• Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally take longer during busy periods, severe weather, or due to factors outside our control.

Delivery Costs

• £9.99 delivery per order

• Free delivery on orders over £200

Free delivery is applied automatically at checkout when your basket total is over £200.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days before being dispatched. Once dispatched, delivery timeframes above apply.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your Royal Mail service, it will be shared by email once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be required to pay for re-delivery.
